Monica Fouad is a Lawyer in the Province of Ontario. She practices in all areas of Canadian Immigration and Refugee Law.
Prior to graduating from the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law with a Juris Doctor, Monica graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from York University.
Monica is a passionate advocate who combines her interests in Immigration and Refugee Law with a desire to provide her clients with personable and exceptional service. In her free time, she volunteered as an adjudicator at Matthew House, where she prepared refugee claimants for their upcoming hearings. She also volunteered for the Refugee Sponsorship Support Program and assisted private sponsors in completing their applications. she is currently volunteering with the Rural Refugee Rights Network to assist with preparing applications for family reunification.
